Beguiling sweetness – caramel and gummy bears – caresses the nose. In addition aromatic, warm smoke! Suddenly vanilla is added. Something so intense! Some of the smoke disappears completely, then comes back. Apple is here now, grilled neatly in bacon. Still extremely cute. The alcohol is already there, but tame for 57%. A young smoker can be so complex and great! I’m excited. Malt is now coming through and a little cowshed, I am reminded of alpine pastures in the Alps. Pear is added. The smoke is trapped in the background and accompanies all other aromas; after the first sip, the nose becomes a pure creamy caramel, to find back after a while.

Here too – cute. The smoke gets through faster and stronger. A creamy, sweet, greasy mouthfeel. It gets drier over time. The second sip has less smoke, but brings herbs that wonderfully complement the sweetness.

Long and warm, sweet with aromatic smoky aromas.
